I have lived in Evergreen Lenox Park for 4 years now and love it! It is in a great spot - close to the city, but it still feels tucked away from everything and easy access to Lenox Park as well. Great customer service and amenities. The pool and gym are kept up well, and there is a dog park inside of the complex too! Would recommend to anyone!
The staff at Evergreen is the BEST. They go above and beyond for their residents. I had a maintenance issue and they stayed past business hours to help!
I have been living at Evergreen for 2 years now. It's been a little over a year since we've been under new management, and since then things have drastically improved! We have a lot more communications sent out, and all amenities have been updated or are new. The location is ideal, and having Lenox Park in your backyard is super convenient and so nice to have so much green space nearby!
The staff is so friendly and always greet me by name. They are so easy to work with and I’ve loved living here for the past 6 months. If I ever need anything fixed or have questions they always get back to me ASAP!
LOVE this little home-y haven in the city! What impresses me most is how communicative the staff is regarding anything relevant to residents. They truly make the community feel like a HOME, not just another bustling campus. 10/10

I have been living here for a little over a month and it has been wonderful! The staff is super friendly and quick to answer any questions. The location is perfect and I love having the park close by. I definitely recommend Evergreen Lenox Park!!
