I have lived in Evergreen Lenox Park for the past 2.5 years and I love it. The management and communication that comes from there has only continued to get better during my time here. Any time you have a maintenance request, the answer it quickly. It's a very safe environment and extremely pet friendly. There is a dog park inside the complex and also right outside of it in Lenox Park so if you have a dog, you can't go wrong here. Definitely recommend!
Have lived here for a little over 7 months and have literally never had a problem. Great staff, fast maintenance, good prices and an awesome pool. Only complaint would be the gym - not a lot in there so expect to join somewhere else. Other than that, it's been a great experience. Martha was extremely nice/helpful during my tour and leasing process. Highly recommend!
