We have been living here less than a week, but we are so happy with our choice. From the beginning of our apartment search, Nermin was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Nermin is very knowledgable and very welcoming. It is obvious that he cares about the residents, and he has always addressed any of our concerns or questions right away. We love that the complex is connected to Lenox Park. We've enjoyed living here so far!
I’ve been living here since February 2018 and have had multiple let down experiences. Most recently a water leak above my apartment that led to my closet being submerged with water and water leaks in the wall. I’ve had to call them multiple times, multiple visits to the office and yet it’s been almost a week of a loud fan being in my bedroom that they say is okay to sleep in.( I am not sleeping there because it smells like mildew) Mind you I believe I have found black mold that they refuse to test however reassure me they ar... read more
RecommendedHave really enjoyed living here - the location is perfect, both in terms of proximity to the highway / city as well as being right off of Lenox Park. Great, affordable option in Brookhaven / Buckhead. Staff are great and do fun events to engage the community. Would recommend!

I love living here. I moved from Florida a year ago for a new job and just re-signed my lease. It's a gorgeous property that's well maintained with tons of trees, a park connected, and friendly residents! I am beyond pleased with my selection. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues (which have been minimal). The staff and property management team always host resident appreciation events and keeps residents updated regularly about local happenings. The management here really cares about improving the community. Certain things get overlooked occasionally (for instance, the gate was broken for a while) but they inevitably fixed it and addressed the issue in their emails. Due to their communication, I never feel like anything is overlooked.
The best place for dogs to live. The complex is connected to Lenox park and is tucked away in a small neighborhood just outside the big city. All amenities have been upgraded and kept up with by management. Awesome place to live.
We moved into Evergreen in February, and we cannot say enough great things about this complex and the management. They make us feel like family, and they take care of any issues very quickly. They love our little mini doxie Stella, and she LOVES being able to go right onto Lenox Park. She also loves that she was voted "Pet of the Month" for March! I just moved into Evergreen this past Saturday, and I already love it! The grounds are beautiful and our apartment is in great condition with a beautiful view. We've had a couple maintenance requests that have been taken care of right away. I'm excited for the rest of the year here!
