I love living here the staff is amazing hands down ��
Moved in this past March and haven't had any problems. The lovely ladies in the front office have been super nice and helpful with everything. I was super surprised with how quiet the complex is, and am very happy with that. Just an all around great place.
Evergreen has been good to me ever since I got here back in February and I don't plan on leaving any time in the near future! This is the place to beat.
The time and effort the Evergreen staff put into caring for their residents is amazing! They're always kind, accommodating and appreciative of each person. Love living here!
I have lived in this complex ever since I moved to ATL and love it. I love the area and the sense of community which is rare in apartments in the city. It's gone through several management companies, and RAM is by far and away the best one. They are prompt with maintenance requests, and they have made more improvements to the grounds in less than a year than all the other companies I have seen. They also really have been working to build a greater sense of community with resident mixers and meet and greets! Awesome job!
My roomie and I are SO THANKFUL for the new management at Evergreen. We weren't even considering renewing our lease with the last company, but now we can't wait to renew and continue to make Evergreen our home! :)
