Item arrived damaged. I contacted by phone and member I spoke with seemed rather stressed and pressed for time. However, I explained that the item arrived damaged, and he immediately mentioned my previous orders that have been returned and said it doesn't happen to others. This upset me, specially when I'm a huge bond fan. I received a refund very quickly which I must is great service, but packaging could be improved for certain products. Awful experience trying to order a top. I ordered a Sheffield sharks top from them in which I received the wrong size. After phoning them they said they'd send the correct size out. Weeks went by with nothing and I decided to phone them. They then said I needed to send it back in order to receive a different size. I did this and they said they'd received my order and I said I'd just take the top but in a different colour. Again weeks went by with no response.
