Always an excellent service
Brilliant after-sales service! Went in with broken glasses I'd bought there eight months previously. Nothing was too much trouble. They phoned the manufacturer (Continental X Eyes) twice, trying to get a replacement arm or a replacement full frame at reduced cost. Continental weren't interested in either - don't do spares (won't be buying any Continental glasses again!) The technician then spent half an hour fitting two new arms from another set (they're better than the originals!) before adjusting them to make sure they fit... read more
