Had a problem with the AdBlue system on my van and was struggling to find anyone to fix it, so booked online and took it to the dealership. Alyssa was very helpful and professional from start to finish .. gave me every little bit of information I needed to know on the car I chose and I even drove away with it the same day, extremely happy with the over all experience and would definitely use her again in the future if I for any reason want to change the car again :-)
Taken my car in today for a service, and couldn't have been welcomed any better. The service receptionist Millie who dealt with me today was polite and very helpful and professional, apart from been a Wakefield pussycats fan absolutely brilliant thank you.
