Can’t never get hold of them through the phone
Started with the automated ordering system not working and my order needing to be manually logged after I contacted Evans customer services. The 2 day click and collect is a misleading selling point as they have to assemble the bike before it can be given to a customer. And this can push the collection time back for days so should not be sold as a fast turnaround service. In my case the 2 day click and collect that I was expecting turned into what would have been 15 days by the end of it. So I cancelled and took a refund and... read more
