Trying to purchase a property and Evans Brothers were the selling agent, I must say, I am glad that as a buyer, I don’t have to pay them as I would not recommend. I find their staff very unhelpful with such an attitude. After being told we would receive calls back, time and time again we were never called back. Told that the vendor did not accept our offer - I highly doubt this was ever put forward to the vendor. We travelled nearly 3 hours to see the property.
