Really disappointed we had several issues some of them have been resolved. Appointments for repairs cancelled at the last minute. No discount offered for inconvenience.
This company are brilliant and I would highly recommend them..ALL the lads are hardworking and professional and Jake is just so lovely and helpful
Decking skirting and the Julianne balcony is ok, few scratches and not perfect, they get their magic sponge and wipe it and expected to disappear... It doesn't! My steps have a few chips on them and they come out with a felt tip pen and colour it in rather replacing the piece needed to be £1000 for 4 plastic steps!! ... I wouldn't recommend using them.
What a great product moving home soon can't wait to get Evabel back got some great ideas and I know that they will make it amazing highly recommend them
