Good selection of tiles. Awful customer service - the older guy could not look more bored and disinterested in helping us. Also the conversation was painful - like he didn’t want us to even be there… I’ll shop elsewhere.

Euxton Bathroom and tiles went into receivership three weeks ago reopening 6 Days later as a new company. All orders which like mine were paid for have not been delivered and the receivers have said to claim your money back through your bank. The same people who were employed are still in the show room and after a personal visit I was told I could I could have my order if I paid for it again. Please be very careful dealing with this company.

Bizarre experience. Saturday afternoon, in the showroom for a good 15 minutes browsing and didn’t see one member of staff.

I was looking for match some floor tiles which were laid 15 years ago, with the help of Junction 8 at Ellesmere Port who suggested Euxton Tiles. Gary & Taylor was very helpful in sourcing the Chenzira tiles which were needed following repairs to the kitchen underfloor heating. Many thanks.
