Honest and well trained mechanics, great customer service – I had been taking my car to another shop until a friend recommended EIS. I have found they ONLY repair what is needed, and the quality of the work is as good as a BMW dealer. I have also found they make every effort to work around my schedule to get the work done. You can trust these folks.
Great customer service! – I took my car to a Mercedes Dealership and had an outrageous estimate, wanting a second opinion I then found Kellie and she was so great to me and at a much cheaper price! I am new to the area and she really made me feel welcome and helped me with directions to the shop. I will definitely continue to get my car serviced here!
Very Good Mechanic – EIS has always been very professional and helpful when i bring my BMW in for service. They are very friendly and reasonably priced and i would recommend them to all of my friends and those with a Porsche, BMW or Mini. Top Notch Service.
Focused On Customer Service – Get ready for an enjoyable trip to the mechanic! I know how it sounds, but these guys know their cars and they know how to work on cars. This is something you want in your repair shop. I'm a car guy and I'm always hearing from my Euro car owners that they don't know where to go any more. All I have to do it point to EIS. Their focus is on their customers and keeping them informed. Just what you need in a repair shop. EIS has great service, reliable work, and reasonable prices.
Great customer service – Customer service is priority one at this shop! I took my Mercedes in for repairs last week. I was given an estimate for the repairs, which turned out to be much cheaper than the dealer. The work was professionally done and they kept me up to date on my car's status. I highly recommed their service.
Customer focused all the way. – I called European Import Specialists after they had closed (unbeknownst to me). I didn?t bother leaving a message but 5 minutes later Kellie called me back to see how she could help me. amazing customer service – My husband and I have been patrons of european imports for about 10 years, and we have never once wanted anyone else to look after our car's. When we are thinking of buying a new car we consult with them. If there is a problem no matter how minor they always check everything on the car to make sure we are safe. I could not say enough about this business. They treat you fair and are like family. We have three BMW's and they all drive like they just left the lot, two of them are over 10 years old.
