great work on MB C230 – My 2002 MB C230 has reached an age where the dealer doesn't always know how to fix it. I tried EIS and they resolved an oil pressure problem in one visit. I waited 3 weeks to be sure the problem didn't return before posting this. I'm very happy with their staff and work, so I'd give them the highest recommendation.
Great service on a 2002 Porsche Carrera – Excellent service and the price can't be beat. Work on my car for 1.5 days and it runs perfect, new clutch and pressure plate. Quick and Courteous – Was greeted promptly by friendly staff. After work was done, I was given a breakdown of what else could stand to be fixed and given pricing...reasonable pricing.
Best service, half the price – After taking my 330I to the dealer a few times I quickly realized that if I were to continue that I would be purchasing my car twice. I scoured through a bunch of business cards I have and remembered EIS which I first used six years ago to purchase parts for my VW Passat. Excellent Service – I recently hired EIS for a clutch replacement on my 2000 Porsche 996. This is a tricky job for any mechanic, but Kellie's technician handled it without a problem. She also subcontracted some weathersealing work from her network of reputable vendors and handled it all in house. I was very please with the work, and the price was right. Great Service at reasonable price – I took my BMW 325 in for it 60k service. Kelli had given me a quote for the service. When i came back to pick up my car, Kelli told me that there were a couple items that did not need to be done and thus my total bill was less than expected. Great surprise. Kelli is very personable and the service was completed when they told me it would be. I will recommend anybody that has a BMW to use European Import Specialists. Richard
The Best Mechanic Ever! – I was referred to EIS by a friend. My expectation was very low even though I heard rave reviews. I was shocked at the ambiance and level of customer service. I have a BMW and was paying $80 for an oil change. Kelly did the same service for half of this price. More than assessed my car, gave me a list of repairs, and took my car next door to get an estimate for body work. ALL at no extra charge.
