First, I do not do not write many reviews, but the front office (Kelly & Melissa) deserves accolades for the professional and exemplary service they displayed when I brought my vehicle in for service. I am very choosey who touches my vehicles and only allow qualified techs to ever put their hands on any part of my car. I felt this security once I meet Keith (Head Tech). I went to European Imports twice already where I did not get charged for the services because it was so minor. I even got a quick lesson on where to put coolant! Definitely won't nickel and dime their customers...

Excellent Service – I recently purchased a Mercedes CLK and wanted to make sure before sales were final that the car was in as great as shape as the salesman led me to believe. I scheduled an appointment with European Import Specialist and received a honest and fair price about making a proper diagnosis. The staff was courteous and friendly and treated me like family. Best In Atlanta – After experiencing an unexpected problem to my C300 and visiting several Mercedes dealers that wanted to charge an outrageous fee to diagnosis the car, I was referred to European Import Specialists. Met with owner Kelly, she got me in diagnosis the car, found the problem and started ordering parts for the car, along with setting me up with a rental for that day so that I would have a car to get around in while her staff fixed the problem. A CUT ABOVE THE REST!!!! E.I.S. – I am so impressed with European Import Specialist ( EIS ) of Marietta. They are an outstanding and no nonsense shop. European Import Specialists – I visited European Import about 2 weeks ago because my computer in my X5 kept lighting up that my coolant level was low. I came back out to realize that it was pouring out on the ground at about 10 min to 5. I was referred to them by a coworker that had never visited their business before. Well when I pulled up all of the service men were gone for the day but the nice young ladies in the front came out to assit me. Another satisfied customer – First of all let me say...I'm a car guy, and as such I generally change my own oil. I purchased my Porsche and was going to change the oil myself until I realized it was much more difficult and expensive to do. So I thought... hey, I'll check with the local shops for rates. Ouch! Top notch service – The ladies at the front desk were very kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They got me in and out in one day for a repair that would have typically taken two to have completed. Also, the quote that they gave me for my repair was very reasonable and probably cheaper then what my previous mechanic would have given me. Yep, I said previous! Best specialist I have seen in 20 years – I consider myself a good mechanic, and when I can't fix something, it is generally a pretty expensive and time-consuming repair. When I brought my BMW to European Import Specialists, I had already heard great things, but they went above my expectations. The staff members were super friendly and accommodating.
