Quality Service, Knowledgeable Staff – I have been using European Import Specialist since 2001. They have worked on my family's Porsche, BMW and Mercedes over the years. Kellie runs a very knowledgeable and trustworthy shop. I have always been able to get in touch with them over any problem and find out their opinion on any issue. I've always felt they do a very good job of quickly repairing and maintaining a highly complicated German (or other European) vehicle.

I recently visited European Import Specialist for a synthetic oil change on my Mercedes S500. It was my first time there and I wasnt sure what to expect. The two ladies at the front were very friendly and helpful. The shop smelled very pleasant and there were two massage chairs to relax in as i waited. They also provided free wifi so I was able to continue my work as I waited. Needless to say they made me feel very comfortable. 100% Satisfied Customer – I moved to Atlanta from NH a few weeks back and needed a repair shop within a week of being here. I was nervous to take my older Audi to any repair shop because I did not want to have every little problem fixed, I just wanted a honest evaluation of what my car really needed. Completely Impressed.... – I actually found EIS through Yelp, after countlessing taking my BMW in to be serviced/maintained and only to never walk out of the dealer repair shop paying well over a grand each time. EIS not only quickly fixed my repair and service items, but they ACTUALLY detailed my engine that still had splatter from when the BMW dealer fixed a coolant leak! To imagine I had paid thousands of dollars at a dealer and a simple wiping down of the engine wasn't warranted really rubbed me wrong. Great job, EIS....... read more

If you have a Bimmer, its definitely the place to go!! – I found out about European import specialist via internet, however after calling and being greeted in the upmost friendliest and professional manner, they were very busy, however they worked me into the schedule. Great service at reasonable price – Wow, what a great concept. After many years of getting overcharged for repair from dealers with bad attitude I found EIS. Trained, knowledgeable technicians who serviced my car after explaining everything fully and even recommended not replacing everything they could. And all of the parts were direct from Porsche. It was a great experience, and the car is running like new.

Your highend auto needs European Import Specialists – Thanks European Import Specialists for getting my car back on the road. Simply, THE BEST.... – European Import Specialists is by far the best BMW specialist in Atlanta. Now on my third BMW I wish I had known about this place years ago. I first came to EIS at the recommendation of a co-worker who, along with many members of her family and friends, utilizes the services of EIS. Great Service – I found European Import Specialist based on other reviews and I was not disappointed. They offer great service and are very friendly. I had several repairs done to my BMW and called around to other places to compare pricing. They turned out to have the best prices around and took no time to complete the work.
