This company is an absolute scam. I was sent a packed of sweets which was open. When I sent a photograph and asked for a replacement item, I was issued with refund because the item was supposedly out of stock. The item was *not* out of stock, and the refund was issued very swiftly without my agreement. When I explained that I was not satisfied with this outcome, I was told that they now could not send me a replacement item because a refund had already been processed.
