I went in to your Windsor store. What an awful, miserable women who works there. She had name badge with Stav I believe. There was no greeting, on her phone and eating at the desk. Very disappointing as I have used your Windsor store before and there use to be two lovely ladies who use to work there. I think maybe more training in customer service needs to be had. Won’t be returning to Windsor again.

I discovered the branch by chance in the centre of Windsor. Julia provided a friendly and efficient service. I received my currency instantly without prior appointment. I would definitely recommend the branch to others.

The most miserable woman serving behind the counter. No hello, no smiles and half dead to any human beings. Customer service at its worse. The only good thing about the place was the euro exchange rate online. Dont bother trying to be friendly, she would not smile if you gave her a million quid as a gift. Terrible experience.
