Customer service person was called Louise we informed her that there had been an emergency and the people who had booked it had to pull out, we didn't have a clue what we were doing and she gave us a load of helpful information and advice , she removed our fears and made us look forward to the holiday
Booked the Turkish Lira online in the morning and they were ready to pick up that day. Went to Washington Galleries and Louise eas excellent, money was ready in an envelope and the receipt guarantees buyback, as usual a great service

Thank you to Jayne! I made a mistake in my choice of currency. She was helpful, efficient and helped me sort out exactly what I needed. Have used this service before and definitely would again. Highly recommended.
