I've used them a few times. The staff member has usually been Emily. She's super friendly and helpful and a delight to deal with. She's a real asset to any company and makes the service really good to use.
Excellent service and a near as possible exchange rate. Very impressed. Better than the Post Office by a mile!

Simple transaction of purchasing currency, assisted by the lovely Danieljon. Very polite, professional and friendly service! Asked if I had a ‘Morecard’ (which I’ve never been asked before, but now I know!) and received a better rate! 10/10!!
