Barzen was very polite and helpful and the premises was very clean.
Lady behind the counter is possibly the rudest person I've ever met in a customer facing role. Totally unprofessional.
I visited eurochange today and had a great experience. The lady who helped me, Sahra, was extremely helpful and polite, and she had a lovely smile on her face the whole time. She made the process easy and pleasant, and I left feeling very happy with the service. Excellent customer service—thank you, Sahra!
I’ve used this place for the last few years but no longer! The customer service is shocking pretty much none existent. In the past the people serving always seemed to care and checked rates for me, however this time I visited and seemed to be a burden with the lady behind the counter acting as though I was putting her out. I’m sorry to have bothered you, so left and will search for somewhere where I feel valued even if the rates are bad! Oddly I didn’t get that much of a different rate from my high street bank?
I would like to mention that Barlen is a very friendly and helpful member of your team I use Eurochange to send money to my brothers in Zimbabwe for school fees his always happy to help me with advice 😊 and always calm his one in a million excellent service. From Marilyn
