So you get a better rate online, stand in front of the counter order online while they watch you but can't give you the same deal bt just turning up! Also to get money with bank card they want driving licence, passport and bank statement to see if you have sufficient funds! Why do they need both passport and driving licence what is the difference both photo id. Oh here's my card accepted or declined tells you if I have sufficient funds or not! Never again!
