These con artists charged my cleaner TEN PERCENT to change an Ulster bank sterling note for Bank of England sterling note. GBP for GBP - 10% commission. Taking advantage of people who may not understand this is the same currency is deceitful and unscrupulous. Not sure how places like this exist when Wise will charge you 0.2% and give you the mid market rate for genuine FX transactions.
