Horrible experience in the Eurochange Manchester Arndale shopping centre. I was attended by a male that was rude from the beginning, keep talking with the microphone switched off so I could not understand what he was saying ; told him to swich on but keep talking to me with this off. He his an issue with one of the notes that I give him, make me feel like a criminal. Asked for my money back and went to M&S and no problem at all and very nice. Do not go there !
