Service was really good. I went to one of their stores near St John’s entrance and when they didn’t have the currency I needed they phoned their other location ( this one ) and luckily enough they had it in. Usually you have to preorder Indonesian rupiah to the store so I was surprised they had it in. The exchange was really fast and was told all the information I needed, I’m not sure of the name of the first guy but the man who served me from the second location was Jake Moy and they were both really friendly and helpful.
Anna and Jake were amazing, they both went above and beyond and helped me resolve an issue i faced to ensure i was all set for my holiday! They are a great team, thank you both!
