Good customer service from. Tracey
I ordered online. Everything was quick and efficient. Tracy even called me ahead of time to ask what size notes I wanted.
As another review says, theres rarely anyone there. Their break time must be 8 hours 😂
Donna was amazing got everything sorted fast and even gave me varied currency to make my travels easier much appreciated
Second time I’ve come to collect money from this store and it’s been closed even tho opening hours say it’s open. First time because of lunch and second time all day on Saturday with no way to redirect collection and unable to refund without a £10 fee. I’ll not be using euro exchange again. I’ll go to Tesco instead. I’d rather pay a few pennies more for a reliable service.
