Second time I’ve come to collect money from this store and it’s been closed even tho opening hours say it’s open. First time because of lunch and second time all day on Saturday with no way to redirect collection and unable to refund without a £10 fee. I’ll not be using euro exchange again. I’ll go to Tesco instead. I’d rather pay a few pennies more for a reliable service.
