I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have recently paid a visit to exchange some money for a trip and change back what I didn’t end up using, both times being served by MatthewRI and he was so friendly, polite and extremely efficient both times, generally engaged with what I had to say about my travels too. I will definitely be using eurochange going forward because of this individual.
Despite having a good interaction on Friday with some very helpful employees working there that helped me order currency, upon trying to collect today with my Government National ID card which is valid until 2031 and is perfectly valid to renew my Passport at the UK Consulate in London, the clerk at the desk point blank refused my id.
