The service was fantastic as always and exchange rates are great. All of the staff are lovely. I was served by Dawn who's customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend

Worst service I have ever had . Migrants crossing the channel had an easier time than I. I first was asked for my documents which I had screenshot on my phone with all my passport details and photo. No that wasn't good enough the assistant who never had a uniform or any badge saying who she was wore a football top and there in front of her was myself a photo on my phone looking at her like passport control no that wasn't good enough it had to have the physical passport I then offered my bus pass again with my photo no she co... read more

Ashley was very helpful and polite. No issues with the service at all, just a bit disappointed about the conversion rate. Hey ho I guess.
