Great service from Dawn at the howgate branch always pleasant to deal with and give advice
Great experience getting my Euros today. The lady who served me was really lovely and chatty asking about my trip. Thank you!
Went up today to see if this branch had Dirhams that I could purchase today as we are on holiday tomorrow. We asked for smaller denominations as we got them previously but larger bills and we needed them for tips etc. Dawn went above and beyond and managed to get us exactly what we needed. She was just the loveliest person to be served by. 100% recommend so quick and easy, won't go anywhere else now
Excellent service , Ashley is very friendly and polite ,definitely recommend .
I would like to thank Ashley from Falkirk branch . Very kind, helpful and caring . Appreciate your help . Highly recommend coming here . Kind Regards Gordon and our wee Marci.
