Disappointed when receiving my money ordered of €300 today. The breakdown was 10 single euros coins, 200 in €5 notes and 2 in €50 notes, really no €10 or €20 not good 😕
Tried changing 746 US dollars into euros for a trip, they explained that they had to change it into great British pounds first like I'd sold them the dollars and then into euros afterwards... That was fine... They offered me 480 euros for the 746 dollars... I then said I would exchange them elsewhere since M&S had offered me 555 euros for the same amount of dollars. I went in this morning, was served by Rebeccary, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, an above all very honest!! Handing back too much money, I had handed over, Rebeccary explained the euro rates an counted the money out and not just push it in an envelope, Was very impressed with the customer service Will definitely exchange money at Eurochange again
Been this evening, very helpful and friendly would recommend and rates was much better than else where
