They need someone who can find the right information to customers and a supervisor who actually supervising their employee. I had to visited the store 3 times and yet still not able to get the job done because every time I was required to bring some new documents! I understand “the system” may need to verify certain things but certainly you can get a full lists of item required and pass over to me at one time.
