First time going and joanne was very friendly and welcoming!
Ordered some Lira yesterday and it was ready to pick up today. Joanne was lovely and when I got home I realised she had written a nice msg on my receipt, which made my day so I had to give her a call so she knew it didn't go unnoticed ❤️

Terribly slow. Excruciating actually. A simple trip to pick up pre ordered currency was a disaster. Constant queue. Why have two kiosks within one shopping centre. Something strange enough going on. Would you not have 2 people working one kiosk with a counter for preorder and a counter for on the day exchanges. I’ll not be using this business again.
