Absolutely awful customer service. I was basically told to go away when buying my euros and when i came back Anna was dealing with anothwler customer and took 45 minutes dealing with them when she took 3 minutes to deal with my query. Don't bother using them. The rate ia good butvthe staffvare horrid and just downright rude.
