I spent £217,00 on Dirhams for our cruise port day in Casablanca, Morocco, and because of the weather the ship cancelled the trip. After buying these Dirhams and not even opening them, I took them back yesterday expecting to pay some charges for the exchange. I had the original receipt so I thought it would be fine. I went into eurochange in ashton-under-lyne and was helped by a lady called mirelam. Who was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend using this branch.

We have been using the shop and internet for several years and have never had a problem the staff are so friendly and helpful always smiling and Mirelam you have got a treasure there.

Never again I had a very disappointing experience at Ashton Branch. For a simple $300 transaction, I was asked a series of unnecessary questions, and the employee even had to call the manager for advice without ever explaining the reason behind it. Her tone came across as passive-aggressive, which left me feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected. I expected clear communication and professional service, but unfortunately, that was not provided.
