I had a wi fi problem at a customers Man gave ha , jammy git but got through to Scott at euro cables not only did he provide me with the right router to get it going for the customer but even took the time to show me how to set it up at euro cables front desk thanks for your patience Scott Ps it's working juss the way you said thanks again for your help customer very pleased 😀

Their customer service leaves plenty to be desired reaffirming the reason why I shop online for anything network related. A client needed cable the next day and so I thought I'd take a chance on this company. Firstly I was waiting 10 minutes at the counter before anyone arrived despite pushing the bell numerous times. When personnel did arrive it was a 'couldn't care that you're here attitude'. No smile, no courteous greeting nothing. Even an Amazon drive has a smile and a nod of the head.
