Great company service on time good behaviour

Cant use driveway properly as one of the drivers wrecked a post 6 months ago, still not repaired
One their drivers caused some damage to my property at the beginning of December, I have had to call them several times to get the damage repaired. I have been told the issue is between their two insurers. I have sent photos of the damage which I was then asked to resend because they had "accidentally" been deleted . I have stated that I will take further action if this situation is not resolved soon to which I was told "you can do what you like". Two kind gentlemen came and removed two ton bags off my front garden and one bag ripped and they kindly helped dig up the dirt off the ground into another bag to less the load of ripped bag and went extra mile with no extra costs and were so kind and generous. Thanks guys
