I've tried reaching out multiple times, but haven't been able to connect with anyone over the phone or via email. It’s almost like the company has stopped trading. I ordered a lock expecting next-day delivery, but haven't received any email confirmation or the product itself. It's a bit concerning, and if I don't get a response soon, I might have to involve my bank.
Absolute stars, they sorted out me being locked out so quickly. I am really grateful for their service.
BEWARE, they charge you an extortionate postage fee of £8.95 per order. They charge you £8.95 every time you ammend your order! They don't let you cancel your orders! They shouldn't be allowed to be an accredited Ultion supplier. I will be complaining to Ultion. Charging me £8.95 just to deliver a tin of lubricant and 2 key fobs! Very unhelpful customer service. Made a big mistake in ordering from this company.
