BEWARE OF NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! 0 STAR The lady with the faded red hair, locks the shop door so no customers could go into the shop. It was 5.55 (shop closes 6) and I had already prepaid for my item, i was just collecting. The lady said that by the time I put your order number in, the system will lock her out. The sales rep has no idea what he's doing. Wanted to get parts on click mechanic account and he asked click mechanic to call him to collect the order. Clearly he's not been trained to deal with national accounts. Secondly tried ordering from my own account and then he was not authorised to issue on credit accounts. Wasted 30 minutes and forcefully tried to take me out of the shop. I would've called the police on him.
