Very poor website, entered car reg which gave me parts needed. Wasn’t till had put one on the car that realised these were not the correct ones. Store wouldn’t give refund as they say was marked but they haven’t got any permanent marks on them all wiped off. Always used you but after this you can Keep your poor service will buy from elsewhere from now on

Popped into Euro Car Parts to sort out a warranty issue on my van battery, fully expecting the usual "computer says no" experience. Instead, I was greeted by two absolute legends behind the counter who clearly moonlight as a stand-up comedy duo. I don’t remember their names (probably too busy laughing), but they were both helpful, hilarious, and somehow made a dead battery the highlight of my day.
