I ordered a part for click and collect and realised my error in only ordering 1 instead of 2 units. The staff member was helpful and ordered a 2nd unit for same day click and collect for me. Unfortunately he was let down by another branch and the part never arrived. Although unfortunate, this is understandable. He mentioned that if he had my phone number he would have called me, but I didn't quite understand this comment, as he only realised that the part hadn't arrived whilst standing in front of me.
