Brilliant, Targeted massage. Detailed triage & came away feeling a lot more mobile & relaxed. Booked another session 4 x weeks later as soon as i returned home.
Mel is a lovely person and very knowledgable in all ways to release tension in your body and mind. I had a lovely session with her and will be back as soon as I can!

I have been booking massages with Mel every 6 or 8 weeks. I am never aware that I have any major muscular skeletal issues, but she always seems to find areas of tension or disharmony. She is very talented and so empathetic; always very professional. I always feel better after our visits: so much more relaxed and I sleep so well.
