We requested and were provided some carnets by Chris at ETL Logistics. Beware of this company at all costs. We paid an invoice twice by mistake as 2 people in our business approved the same invoice by mistake. Chris is refusing to refund the money. I would avoid working with them at all cost.

Sadly, I have been let down by ETL Logistics. I was advised on 3rd December that a shipment would be delivered on the 4th, I requested a time bracket so I could manage my day as I had appointments and needed this information to make myself available which I did not receive until 9am the following day via email, at the same time the delivery arrived, leaving me no time to make myself available. This resulted in an invoice to re-deliver for £220. They threw the "you should have made yourself available between 9-5pm" line at me... read more
