If people only knew how carers in this organization are treated—ordered around with no time to rest or take care of themselves, forced to work in all weather conditions without proper support. They are treated unfairly, subjected to bullying by racist service users, and constantly disrespected. I deeply regret ever crossing paths with such an employer.
After a quick deterioration with my elderly father’s health going from independent living to needing 4 nurses a day Ethicare stepped in sorted all my fathers needs … Janine was there for me to speak to everyday constantly reassuring me everything would be ok! The carers are so lovely n work tirelessly … my father is stimulated with little walks, chats n even singing ! Thankyou Janine n thankyou Ethicare for helping me through a very tough time.
