Terrible company. Takes money upfront and then does not deliver any goods. No response at all to any messages. My next will have to be a credit card chargeback for undelivered goods. Should also probably report this company for fraud.
I wish I'd read the reviews here but I also was taken in by Facebook. I ordered 2 flower bombs costing £177 on 2nd April, by 13th May after numerous emails no reply. Actually replied to me when I put a comment t on the fb page she said DPD had received the parcel and hadn't scanned it, which I do t believe . I opened a case on PayPal and got a full refund on 16th May Avoid Eternal Bloom! Only gave 1 star to get review up
