My daughters have been going here for almost 2 years. They started when they were 1 and 2 and have now been in multiple classrooms with several different teachers. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff and facility! I've had opportunities to enroll them in a daycare closer to our house, but would rather drive the 25 minutes every morning and afternoon knowing the exceptional level of care and attention that they receive here! Ms. Josie and her staff are amazing! From the moment you walk in, the environment is warm and inviting. They are always so eager to help with anything, listen when I need someone to talk to, and quick to respond to my needs. Thank you!
This place smells so strong of cleaning chemicals and I’m in shock parents are okay with children inhaling that everyday. The director (Josie) walks around like she’s the CEO (cringe) and could use some training in professionalism. She’s impatient on the phone and she interrupts interviews. Could use some class.
The way they run this daycare and handle things was very unprofessional. I got hired here for them just to screw me. Paid over 200$ for the certificates and everything I needed just so that the director Josie could tell me they moved on to other applicants. Which was upsetting to me. And on top of that at my interview she had a lot of distractions and kept walking away from me to talk to other people like she wasn’t interested.
