My dad had many falls there and ended up with a fractured neck. one of the falls was in the night a member of staff refused to go out to him. He also had 4 1/2 days of missing heart medication. Avoid at all costs. This home should be closed down

Our father was a resident at Estherene House for 18 months. During that time he received excellent care from the friendly, attentive and patient staff. Unfortunately it is difficult for us to get to Lowestoft regularly to visit so we are now moving dad to another home in another part of the country but we are doing so with regret. Estherene House has set a very high bar for dad's next home. We send all our thanks to all the staff.

Estherene house looked after my mum for eight years ; she was well cared for by all the staff who were all very kind to her until her passing aged 99 .

I live abroad and was unable to see a loved one regularly, when I was sent photos and videos I was shocked to see the changes in their physical appearance and health. Since having them moved, they have made a massive improvement in their health and are back to the person I knew and loved before. Shocked with the lack of care.
