First time with estate trader, they worked with me and was very swift with dealing with the move in
Brilliant agency. Recently started renting through them and the whole process was simple and not stressful at all. The communication was second to none
Lisa has been great throughout the process, from property viewing to me moving in shes made it a comfortable experience for my first time renting and has been proactive with responses which has really helped. Nothing bad to say as would really recommend.
Reading the comments here, it's very hard to ascertain if these are landlords commenting or tenants who have had experiences. However maybe the managed apartments/buildings are different, but "the dial at the market place" is a no go area don't bother, it's been an awful experience to deal with. Customer service with them is bad, no respect or regard to customer complaints. Almost Every body that have moved in recently have complained, unfortunately people don't come online to comment.
