We’ve worked with Estates Property Management for just over a year now, and as a company, their efficiency and the way they operate are second to none. Since taking on our estate about a month ago I have found Hannah to be extremely proactive and hard working, responding to all issues quickly, in a professional and friendly manner - it feels like communicating with a human who cares, which is great. She has chased up issues and resolved things in what feels like record time compared to other companies that have managed the property.
I have been very fortunate to deal with Yasmin at Estates for several years now and it always brightens my day no end when my phone rings and i see her name as the caller ID. Always a very professional and efficient attitude.
Couldn't recommend highly enough, I've dealt with Yasmin who has been great at communicating and staying in touch throughout!
