This is the first review I have ever written. You could get absolutely zero sense from anyone, if you call to hear the progress, its probably worth calling 5 minutes later for amusement as you will be told something different. When I challenged one gentleman on the phone he told me 3 different dates within 2 minutes (once pushed on the facts) Im convinced they dont have a CRM. It took over 5 months to make an application to land registry for the purchase of a freehold despite them demanding the fee on day one and more money ... read more
My experience with E&M was horrific, they were the freeholders of a property I owned. They are part of an ombudsman scheme but any complaints against them, and they will hide behind an overseas entity which they claim is their ‘client’ who is the responsible party, this ‘clients’ entity is not part of any scheme nor is it contactable therefore E&M won’t take any responsibility and nothing will be resolved. It’s a common scam with freeholders, please just save yourself the headache I wish I did.
Worst management
I have never dealt with such unprofessional uncaring and rude people. They have not one ounce of compassion for anyone and their circumstances.... Shame on them
