Personal Safety Someone broke into the apartment! After having called the cops and having the case number, we called the office to cancel the contract based on our personal safety. They said that they unfortunately can not cancel the cancellation fee and that there was no other options on offering us a different apartment on premise. Before this incident, I had my bike seat cover stolen which was on the bike on the porch. I live on a second floor. Pool area I have been living at the Estates for like about 5 months and i do like the apartments and location but what i am bothered is that i have been complaining about the pool lights not working and the pools at night is dark. I have spoken to Management about it also to the guys that work maintenance but they just lie about having it fixed. Exquisite Living at The Estates @ Southpark Meadows is by far an amazing experience. From the friendly staff to the amazing tenents who call it home. We've become a community within itself. The amenities that are available to us are just astonishing and convenient. I've been a resident for a few years already and I must say its been an awesome experience. Would i recommend it to freinds and family "DEFINITELY" without a doubt.
Clean and Friendly Community Management is very responsive and friendly. There are multiple swimming pools that are kept up very well. Pets and children welcome. Buildings only 5 years old. Interiors are clean and modern. I really like living here. I moved here from out of state and the management went out of their way to accommodate us while dealing with paperwork long distance. Many of the office workers live on premesis, so I feel they are invested and care about the upkeep.
Simple First time revert period here. The process was easy and the staff was great at first. They forgot simple requests and I had gone without access to gates for the first few weeks. The prices are fair but pay attention to square footage and how they include patio space in the advertisement.
Place to call home I've lived at the Estates for about a year now and have never had a single complaint to make. The office staff is amazing and have been so helpful all year long. The estates delivers great activities and events, and have always treated their clients like family! The place is pet friendly and have a vast amount of walking space for taking your long daily walks.
