Love it here! The Cortland is such a great place to live at. From the amazing staff to a wonderful property with great amenities. Also can’t forget to mention that it’s also close to many shops and lots of food varieties.

Outstanding complex with wonderful office staff Cameron provided outstanding service as he walked us through all the details. He provided excellent perspective into pros and cons (in his perspective) of some of the units we looked at. His understanding of the rules and policies as we asked questions about the property. Great place to live! We have called Southpark Terraces home for a year now and couldn't be happier. The maintenance of the common areas is exceptional as is the response time and quality for any request. All the team is service-oriented and you can tell that leadership is truly present.

Home sweet home I was very impressed at how clean the facility was. The apartments are spacious with all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and courteous. I interacted with Renee and she was very helpful. I would definitely recommend!!

No Regrets! I've been living in this apartment community for a while now, and I have to say, the maintenance team is exceptional! Joe is always prompt in responding to requests and ensure that any issues are fixed quickly and efficiently. The staff is friendly and professional, and they go above and beyond to make sure that residents are comfortable and happy. Whether it's a minor repair or a major fix, they handle everything with care and expertise. I'm really grateful for their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend!

Safe community, Nice staff I chose Cortland mainly based on the safety reviews. Since my move in, I have noticed how quickly the office staff checks up and how pleasant everyone has been as well as how the maintenance crew responds quickly to service requests and general care in the complex. I have been very happy and have felt much safer here during the few months that I’ve been here than in the last couple years in my last couple apartments. Happy to call this my home I’m happy to call Cortland my home. I’m the past few months there have been great changes like resident events and food trucks. Love my apartment Love my apartment! The front office staff has changed in the time of my stay here, but it's been for the better. Brian and Renee have been so helpful and Miguel the maintenance man came to take care of my workorder was kind and quick! The events we have monthly have been fun and have allowed me and my kids to make friends in the complex. Thank you to the whole staff for your hard work.
