The care the... (Verified Renter) The care the Cortland company takes to remodel these apartments is excellent. Reasonably priced for the Austin area with a resort style pool surrounded by greenery and not buildings. The grounds and public areas are kept clean and presentable. Close to the Mary Moore Park and trails.
I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived at The Estates at Southpark Meadows for a little over 2.5 years. I am extremely please with the new owners and management. The new management and office staff are willing to help when you need it. They are always friendly and happy with everyone. The maintenance always takes care of your issue is a very timely manner and with politeness also. I am so glad I decided to renew my lease again :-)

You can hear BEEP BEEP BEEP all day long from the fork lift, crushing of material in a twenty foot dumpster by the fork lift, the fork lift driving around moving material, Trucks coming in to drop off construction material or moving the full dumpster then dropping it so the empty dumpster that was dropped off can now be placed where the full dumpster was then pick up the full dumpster to haul it off along with all t... read more

(Verified Renter) I love my apartment home at the Estate's Southpark Meadows the properties are always clean and beautiful,management is welcoming kind and friendly towards managing resident issues always in a prompt timely manner, I feel safe protected and comfortable in this community, I would highly recommend living at this property. I plan and hope to continue living here and calling The Estates home!
